This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants, as there\u2019s something for everyone.\u00a0 You\u2019ll be able to attempt jumps ranging from 1 m to 9 m (though these are optional). You\u2019ll learn white-water swimming techniques, all in a river with a magnificent setting. Suitable for children aged 8 to 10, depending on their confidence level. <\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The sports trail: the Red <\/strong><\/h3>\n

This course is aimed at the fittest among you, as it requires you to be able to jump from a height of at least 4 metres. You\u2019ll learn how to use handrails and abseil. Suitable for ages 12 and over.<\/p> <\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n
