This can vary in length and difficulty depending on the canyon's location.\n\n4.  **Introduction to Techniques:** Once at the canyon, your guide will demonstrate and have you practice essential canyoning techniques. Once you are kitted out and checked, your instructor will give you a briefing on how the equipment works, how to behave in the canyon and most importantly on safety.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00a03 \u2013 10:10: Departure on the canyoning route<\/h3>\n<p>Here we go, it's time to treat yourself by discovering landscapes that are both unique and yet so close to home. You'll make your way down the route with a succession of jumps, slides and abseils in high spirits, perhaps with a touch of apprehension for some, which will vanish in no time at all!!!<\/p>\n<h3>4 \u2013 11:45: End of the canyoning trip<\/h3>\n<p>Arriving at the bottom of the canyon, we will begin the return walk that will lead us back to where we left our vehicles.<\/p>\n<h3>5 \u2013 11:50: De-rigging<\/h3>\n<p>Upon reaching the vehicles, the instructor will collect the provided equipment and shortly after 12:00 pm you will be able to head home with a smile from ear to ear, proud of having pushed your limits and with your head full of wonderful memories!!!<\/p>\n<p>For appointments booked at 1 pm it's the same thing...
