For children and adults alike: the Green

This course features a series of slides and jumps that younger children will love. The Green course will also appeal to complete beginners, who will be delighted to ease gently into the activity. Suitable for children aged 6 and over.

This course is suitable for both beginners and advanced participants, as there’s something for everyone. You’ll be able to attempt jumps ranging from 1 m to 9 m (though these are optional). You’ll learn white-water swimming techniques, all in a river with a magnificent setting. Suitable for children aged 8 to 10, depending on their confidence level.

This course is aimed at the fittest among you, as it requires you to be able to jump from a height of at least 4 metres. You’ll learn how to use handrails and abseil. Suitable for ages 12 and over.
