It is essential that each participant knows how to swim well. You must not be afraid of putting your head underwater.
Many jumps
The biggest jumps are not compulsory. But it is essential that you can jump from at least 4m high to enjoy the canyon.

The Red Canyon is the most athletic of our chosen routes. With big jumps, abseiling, swimming, and an impressive natural slide, experience a complete adventure in the heart of the spectacular Pont du Diable gorges.
💡 Good to know: the biggest jumps remain optional, but it is essential to be able to jump at least 4 metres.
