Your reservation is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or validated by us according to the chosen methods (online payment or payment on site).

All registrations imply:

• Full and complete acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
• The acceptance of the risks inherent in participating in the proposed activities.
• A thorough understanding of the safety recommendations related to the chosen activity.
• The absence of any medical contraindications to the practice of the activity. It is the responsibility of the participant to inform us of any health information that could impact their safety.

Participation conditions by pathway

🟢 Green Canyon

• To know how to immerse oneself.
• Don't be afraid of the water.
• To be able to provide an effort of approximately 1 hour.

🟡 Yellow Canyon

• To know how to immerse oneself.
• Don't be afraid of heights.
• Don't be afraid of the water.
• To be able to provide an effort of approximately 1 hour.

Blue Canyon

• To be able to swim at least 50 metres.
• To be able to provide an effort of around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

🔴 Red Canyon

• To be able to swim at least 50 metres.
• Don't be afraid of heights.
• To be comfortable with a jump of at least 4 metres.
• To be able to provide an effort of around 1 hour and 30 minutes.

2. Cancellation / Interruption

The conditions below apply unless you subscribe to The Tranquillity Option.

An activity can be cancelled or interrupted in the following cases:

• The minimum number of 5 participants is not reached (you will be notified the evening before if necessary).
• Force majeure.
• Safety reasons.
• Activity locations may be changed without prior notice if conditions require it.
• An amber weather warning does not automatically mean an outing will be cancelled. If in doubt, please contact us.

If Hydrogene sports cancels the output

You are entitled to Full refund of your performance, without additional compensation.

If the output is interrupted

• After the first hour of activity (briefing and approach walk included): no refunds.
• Before an hour of activity carried out reimbursement of 50 % of the service.

If you cancel your booking

More than 3 days before release

30 % of the total booking amount will be retained.

Example: For a trip scheduled for Saturday, a cancellation made on the preceding Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday will result in a charge of 30 %.

Less than 48 hours until release

No refunds can be issued.

Rollover fees

In case of postponement of your reservation without proof (medical certificate, accident report, etc.), a supplement of 20 € per person will be asked.

Peace of Mind Option

The Tranquility Option is an optional add-on offered during booking.

She is personal and must be subscribed to for each participant.

It allows:

• to cancel your activity until 2 hours before departure without justification ;
• to obtain a full refund for the serviceexcluding the cost of the option) ;
• to make your request by email to: annecycanyon@gmail.com

This option replaces the standard cancellation terms described above. It does not constitute insurance.

3. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to leisure services provided on a specific date.

4. Products

The services offered for sale relate to Outdoor sports activities, framed by State-qualified instructors.

5. Retard

One hour's appointment is allocated for each activity.

To ensure the smooth running of the outing and out of respect for the other participants, a delay of 15 minutes maximum is accepted.

Beyond this period, no refund or compensation can be requested.

6. Prices

The prices shown on the website are expressed in Euros and get along TTC.

They include:

• Supervision by a State-registered monitor.
• The loan of technical equipment necessary for the activity (depending on the chosen service).

Are not included, unless otherwise stated:

• Transport to the meeting point.
• Personal expenditure.
• Possible options (photos, videos, Tranquillity Option, etc.).

Hydrogene sports reserves the right to change its rates at any time. However, the price charged will always be the rate in force at the time of booking.

7. Payment terms

Payment can be made using the payment methods offered during booking.

A booking is only considered final once payment has been confirmed or Hydrogene sports has confirmed it.

In the event of non-payment, Hydrogene sports reserves the right to cancel the booking.

8. Responsibility

Hydrogene sports does everything in its power to ensure the safety of participants.

Each activity is overseen by a State-registered monitor in compliance with current regulations.

However, outdoor activities carry an inherent element of risk.

Each participant acknowledges:

• having taken note of the risks associated with the activity; ;
• Follow the instructions given by the monitor; ;
• adopt a cautious approach throughout the outing.

Failure to comply with safety instructions may result in immediate exclusion from the activity, with no refund.

9. Assurance

Hydrogene sports is covered by a Professional Indemnity Insurance in accordance with the regulations.

It is strongly recommended that each participant checks they have personal insurance covering outdoor sports activities.

10. Equipment

The technical equipment provided complies with current standards and is regularly inspected.

The participant undertakes to:

• Use the equipment according to the instructor's instructions. ;
• to take care of borrowed equipment ;
• Report any problems or deterioration immediately.

Any damage caused intentionally or by improper use may be charged.

11. Weather Conditions

The activities take place outdoors and are therefore subject to weather conditions.

Hydrogene sports reserves the right to:

• amend a route ;
• report an activity ;
• cancel an outing ;

if safety conditions require it.

These decisions are taken solely in the interest of the safety of participants and supervisors.

12. Right to one's image

Photographs and videos may be taken during the activities to illustrate Hydrogene sports’s communication materials (website, social media, leaflets, etc.).

By taking part in an activity, you authorise Hydrogene sports to use these images for communication purposes, unless you object.

If you do not wish to appear in these materials, simply inform the monitor before the activity begins or contact us by email.

13. Personal data protection

The information collected when you make a booking is used solely for the purpose of organising the activities offered by Hydrogene sports.

Your data is:

• used exclusively for the processing of your booking; ;
• kept for the period necessary for their processing; ;
• protected in accordance with current regulations.

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have a right:

• access; ;
• rectification ;
• de suppression ;
• to object to the processing of your data.

14. Claims

In the event of any difficulty or complaint concerning a service, we invite you to contact us directly to seek an amicable solution.

We are committed to processing your request as quickly as possible.

15. Mediation

In accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, any consumer may make free use of a consumer mediator for the amicable resolution of a dispute.

In the absence of an amicable agreement, the competent courts shall be those designated by French legislation.

16. Governing Law

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are subject to the French law.

In the event of a dispute, and after attempting amicable resolution, the French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

17. Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale

Any booking of an activity offered by Hydrogene sports implies full and unconditional acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

The participant acknowledges having read and understood this before confirming their booking.
