Do you get vertigo when paragliding?
NO! Everyone who's tried will tell you: You don't get vertigo when paragliding because you're not connected to the ground!!!
2- An update on your physical and mental condition:
Tandem paragliding is really very accessible; only the take-off and landing require the passenger's participation. Generally, a few steps are all that is needed for both takeoff and landing.
In flight you have nothing else to do than make the most of the scenery and your instructor's explanations.
3- Comfort during the tandem paragliding flight:
In tandem paragliding, we systematically carry a reserve parachute. Please note that a helmet is compulsory for the entire duration of the flight just in case birds throw stones at us!!
4 - Safety and tandem paragliding:
Remember to bring sunglasses, good walking shoes, trousers, a jumper and a windcheater.
